19.  Begin Dissertation Research

Wow.  Remember when my 2013 list included simply starting the PhD program in Educational Leadership at EMU?  Yeah....time flies.  Here I am in my second fall semester, and 5th semester overall of my program.  After this semester, I will be only 9 credit hours away from completing my coursework.  At that point, I'll be working with my chair (who I am pretty confident I have identified) and moving into writing my comps, proposal, and putting together my committee.  It feels great to have made significant progress, although I know there are many long days/nights ahead.  On my way!  December 2016...here I come!
